Yes. All owners will receive a condominium handbook that outlines community guidelines to ensure respectful, harmonious living aligned with our premium lifestyle vision.

4. ABOUT DELIVERY & OPERATIONS

Which services will be active upon delivery of the unit?

Each unit will have temporary water and electricity services at delivery. You’ll be responsible for setting up your own utility accounts afterward. The administration team will guide you through this process to ensure a smooth transition.

What does the maintenance fee include?

The monthly fee covers:

• 24/7 security

• Cleaning and maintenance of common areas

• Trash collection

• Landscaping and shared spaces upkeep

It’s designed to let you enjoy the property without worrying about the day-to-day.

Are utility costs included in the maintenance fee?

No. Each owner is responsible for their individual consumption of electricity, water, gas, and internet. This gives you full control over your own usage.

How do I set up internet and cable services?

The building is pre-installed with fiber-optic-ready channels. You’re free to choose your preferred provider, and our team can recommend top-quality services available in the area.

Where will packages and mail be received?

Initially, packages will be handled by the on-site security team at the main entrance. We recommend collecting them promptly. Once a formal administration is appointed, a more structured mail service will be established.

What are the permitted times for move-ins and furniture deliveries?

From Monday to Friday, move-ins are allowed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Move-ins are not permitted on Sundays or public holidays in order to preserve the tranquility of the community.

Is homeowners’ insurance required?

The building will carry general insurance for shared areas, but we strongly recommend that each owner purchase individual insurance for their unit, especially if renting it out or spending long periods away.

How and when is property tax paid?

Property tax is paid annually during the first months of the year. Each unit has its own cadastral account, and payment is handled individually by each owner.
